Maybe he takes him to his office after college or maybe a neighbour or a play house or nursery. We've already read Kunal is a considerate partner in their marriage since he also cooks food on occasion when Esha is late. Maybe they share his responsibilities with each other but the author isn't bothered with exploring that idea since that is just a secondary plot.
