If Meera truly loved Krish, she should have helped him overcome his addiction. She never shared her true feelings about the cuckoldry with Krish. Instead, she lied to him about various things, such as Desai's size after their first encounter, her outings from the office, and the incident in the car. She crossed the final line when she faked an orgasm with Krish in Desai's presence and opened up to Desai about the train incident.
Krish was confined to bed and home for weeks, and it's understandable that he wanted to go out. However, Meera's craving for sex made it seem like it was his fault. She readily forgives Desai's infidelity (by the way, who is he?), but all hell breaks loose when Krish does anything. She uses different standards to measure their fidelity.
The last warning for Meera to mend her ways was when she realized Krish was at home when she had sex with Desai. Despite this, she went ahead one more time. She may argue that Krish was okay with it, but if she was serious about her life with Krish, she should have said no and not gone to see Desai. Instead, she complained to him about Krish's nature of spying on her and planned to continue the affair with Desai behind Krish's back, keeping in regular touch with Desai but clearing all tracks of it. Does this point to a faithful wife or the options I selected above?

All of the above have valid reasons. 
I already gave my view points on why Meera behaved as such on many instances.
