In hindsight, the first thought Meena had was the right one. 
The title ‘Hot Wife’ would make sense if the name Menna was not at the end of the title. 
And ‘Hot Wife’ would be a relative term and a synonym for an arbitrary or generic comparison....

But now the title refers to Meena because Meena's name is at the end of the title. 
That's why ‘Hotwife’ is more appropriate in this case. This is because Meena has emphasised herself as a ‘Hotwife’.
