However  , I do believe a separation must happen , but it should be temporary. And this separation should start a drastic change in all of these characters. Krish should learn to let go off his cuckolding kink realizing he lost Meera because of his perversion and his desperation for her. Meera should learn that she has been treating Krish like shit and realize that she cannot survive without him and his love. By separating with each other  , they will realize they are only complete when they are together. They are a team , at their best when they're together.

And there is a surprise part , yes Krish was excuses in first two parts , but Meera was never excused one bit. She screwed Das in front of Krish to insult him as a punishment for Krish screwing Ananya. She separated from Krish when she learned Krish slept with Shekar's wife. Since part 1 Krish has paid for his sins and now I believe it is Meera's turn.

When this temporary separation will happen , Meera will suffer. She will realize how much Krish mattered in her married life. And she will witness Krish become a better man and heal from his kinks and perversion before her eyes and will make her feel her wrongdoings to Krish. This is how I believe they should eventually reunite and have their ending.
