In a way, I can understand the unease and uncertainty that arises in Nadir when the name Jalal is mentioned. 

He is torn - between his fantasy and himself - on the one hand, he wants Meena to come together with him sexually and 
find ultimate fulfilment while he finds satisfaction as the initiator; on the other hand, he is insecure and worried that this 
will reach new and uncontrollable dimensions that will cause irreparable damage to their love and married life in the long run.

He realises that Jalal is a different type to Mansour. 
Whereas Mansour was more or less looking for physical pleasure, namely sex with Meena, Jalal has openly expressed his
interest in a long-term relationship with her, which should even lead to marriage.

Jalal knows what he wants, and so far he has managed to get everything he wants.
Now he is trying ‘small, seemingly harmless’ mind games. He talks Meena into her conscience, into her head and into sexual
compatibility/passion in order to succeed:

Jalal: "Meena, will we see each other on Wednesday? I'll be away for a week starting Thursday and the following week I'll be
here for three days and then it's off. There's been a change regarding my residence permit and green card and I have to rush
to the embassy of my destination country in a neighbouring country as soon as possible,"
" ... "
Jalal: "That means we have just some days left for us,"
" ... "
Jalal: "when I get back, before I leave forever, let's go out for dinner and dance. I know what your answer is, I mean with
Doki. I just want to dance with you, to hug you, to feel you... can I just do it one more time?" 
" ..." ))

Nadir is well aware of the whole game.
For this reason, he tries to transfer/leave the responsibility and the decision to Meena as to whether and to what extent she
gets involved.

(( "Shit, you're making me so hot baby," Meena sighed.
“Me or him, Jalal,” I groweld.
“Both of you, baby, both of you if you want,”, she moaned.
“Nadir, do you wish me to fuck him, really, again? “, Meena asked while she reached to my hand ...
I didn’t respond her questiom, but, “Do you want to do it? Not for me, just for you, you both…” I spoke.
“If you are horny for him…”, I answered quietly.
“I don’t know, really”, and after a short pause, she added,” I am horny for you baby, I do just what you wish, if you wish,
