I doubt Krish lacks flirting ability, he has bedded many women throughout the 3 parts, and all of them seemed to be impressed with his sexual ability. Compared to Desai he may lack a bit, but he is no slouch,  that is the reason I believe that there is more to Meera and Desai than just great sex, she is mentally not able to enjoy herself with Krish. Krish may have pushed herself towards Desai but now he is not in control of the situation. How does Krish have a good personality, he cheated on Meera like it was nothing, and is yet to confess that. He is not a saint as well. He may be better than Desai, who is more ruthless, but Meera does not seem to care, she `had no problem with Desai forcing Nidhi.  

So character flaws and personality may not matter much, also it seems Meera loves Desai's alpha and dominant personality.

Krish definitely lacks flirting. The reason women fall for him is because he is honest and good hearted. Despite whatever the situation is Krish is willing to help when needed. There is no saints in this story , everyone has their own flaws. But despite that , Krish has the heart in the right place and willing to support and help who comes to him. Yes he cheated but that is nothing compared to what he made Meera do who has now slept with a bunch of men at this point , to be frank I don't think Meera will feel betrayed on seeing Krish having sex with someone. But Krish needs to get rid of Desai from his head. 

I have a feeling Meera likes the alpha energy Desai brings which is what attracts her to him. But she is more of a fan of the beta Krish and she likes control which Krish willingly gives unlike Desai who manages to dominate. Which is what brings the confusion , she likes the alpha Desai that dominates her but she is not willing to let go the beta Krish that she can dominate.
