Multiple things to consider here.

Nadir:
His intentions were unclear and actions were reckless, as we all know he initiated some thing that is not in his control. OK, when he did it he thought that he was setting an example to Jalal that who is the boss here so he sent him to their bedroom but he obviously forgot to discuss the rules with which the game need to be played with Meena before starting the game..so it was a chain of events that got triggered with a possible chance to Jalal and he was expecting Meena to play his game but obviously no rules were set. Now things are set into motion and he again has no control over how things will play out as Meena is not happy with him and she might choose to maintain secrecy or could decide to continue the affair which was not her choice.

Meena:
One thing that really bothers me with her is she is always ready for partners to have sex and it mostly turns out so passionate that bothers me as a reader, Why is her affair always more passionate than her chemistry with Nadir? Is she missing something in her marriage? If yes why is she not addressing this issue? If one is deprived of sex then they crave it so badly that they get tempted when put into situations. So when Meena is pushed into a situation, why did she not wear clothes and went behind Nadir and asked him what does he want and why he brought Jalal into the bedroom and why he is leaving. That pro activeness would have given her clarity on what was Nadir thinking. Instead she decided to have fun the very first moment alone with Jalal. Is Meena so desperate for sex all the time?

Couple needs to have open conversation and clear things before further situations explode beyond their control.
