Life is not about just sex, here the main culprit is mostly Krish and his cuckolding kink. The moment he manages to overcome it, many of the problems from both their lives will vanish.

Krish can never be as good as Desai but that doesn't mean Meera doesn't enjoy what Krish does. He has satisfied her and he can do it again. He just needs to overcome his kink and become the man his woman loves. Maybe Maithrei and her therapy can fix that.

She was not satisfied with Krish, she couldn't get Desai out of her mind. She is also confiding with Desai now and not sharing everything with Krish. The writer wrote the sex scene with Mathrei to make Krish look like an immoral person and Desai as a true lover who abstained from sex for 6 months because of Meera. Meera is out of control in Desai's presence; it is not just lust but passion, and they also like each other company and care for each other. The next episode should clear the doubt about Meera's mind. 

I hope the author writes a few more episodes and we get to see the affair between Meera and Desai behind Krish's back, that should give Meera time to clear her feelings, at the moment Krish is holding her back, she is conflicted between Desai and Krish. I am sure a few meetings and phone calls between the two without Krish's intervention would make Meera fall for Desai completely. If she does not meet Desai, then she will never resolve her true feelings. Her decision to delay having a child with Krish confirms that she is unsure of their relationship. Also, the episode can be told from Meera's POV or a neutral POV, Krish trying to do the detective work like drilling holes and sound recorders is becoming too repeated now.
