Nice observation but there is a difference. Meera slept with these men on different times not at the same time. Shekar is what started the kink between Meera and Krish and that ended tragically quickly. Meera slept with Das when she was separated from Krish but still Krish played a part and lived his kink. Desai is different , Krish is the one that pushed him to Meera.
