Oh man thats on point . I think its injustice to Desai . On One side he shown as good sincere with lot to offer to meera and acutally becoming good guy and then on other side he still scheming against the couple , Manipulating meera as roleplaying Krish , planting idea on her subconscious mind and gaslighting her by saying we arent doing anything bad and that krish probably enjoying this , and also Meera is afraid of Krish and fear that Krish will hear her and so she is stopping herself from confessing her real feeling to Desai .

It is never injustice to Desai if he is pursuing a married woman. Even if he truly fell in love with Meera it is only justifiable if Meera loves him back(Even though its morally wrong)...But Meera cannot love two people she has to choose one who is closer to her heart and need to sacrifice other one. As of now she is still in love with krish but she has lot of caring and lust for Desai. Both these feelings are in dominant state over her love for Krish because Krish and Meera lost their personal chemistry for months when they kept Desai in their house(Bad decision from Krish) so their love took back seat but that doesn't mean they can live with out each other.

Real solution from here on would which path when they take will make them overcome their feelings and find a permanent solution.

Yes Krish also has feelings for Desai lol ..He imagines Desai as a sex guru and he thinks in his mind that he can never beat Desai and give more pleasure to Meera than Desai which is making him so much insecure that he starts imagining himself as Desai when he is having sex with Meera and at the same time boosting his cucky nature to see both of them, You see here Krish wants to be Desai when he is in bed with Meera
Before the story ends I would like to see at least once Meera tell Krish that she had the best sex since her marriage and its miles ahead than what she ever felt with Desai as sex is also one of their problems between the couple and it needs resolved before story ends.

Meera's feelings are more confused state as of now. She is still trying to figure out why she couldn't resist Desai. All her life she is in drivers seat when it came to men except Jai but that was a closed encounter, she gave herself to those who she wanted to give herself personally. Desai is the only one with whom she didn't choose to sleep lately but couldn't resist him so her feelings are messed up. She is figuring it out probably how to resolve this with out hurting Desai and with out cheating Krish, at the same time she is also trying to figure out what exactly she needs from Desai and why she is craving for him more than Krish. So once her feelings are sorted out there could be some shocking revelations or implications on the relationship. I am only hoping she wouldn't know about Krish's cheating while she is figuring out these mixed feelings so her decision is not impacted with the infidelity and the decision is made with fair ground. Also she is imagining Desai when ever Krish is in bed to get orgasm or some times she forcefully does not do that and in those time she never reaches orgasm. She never addressed issues between Krish and herself sexually and its major reason behind her fall.

Desai's feelings are much more clear like water but his intentions are still muddy. He wants Meera and there is no two ways about it. He is seeking her now, He might have left for 6 months to genuinely give the couple time to reconcile and get back to their life but when he met Meera at the concert he knew immediately that Krish and Meera could not bond as they expected and he now thinks he has a chance. All this while he thought Meera loves Krish and he will never have a chance because we saw the proof that Meera kept him at a distance when Krish is bedridden so he might have given up at that time but now he is in hot pursuit. He is planning to make her crave more for him and trying to cash in on her mixed feelings. He is master in deceiving both krish and Meera. On one end he is showing as if he doesn't want to disturb their life and he doesn't want to ruin Meera's marriage but at the same time he is confessing his true love to Meera and making her emotional. In a sense its emotional blackmail, Like krish identified while listening to recorder, he is making a stake at a person while the person is not even his property, He is showing Meera how much he wishes to be in Krish's shoes and he wants to be Krish in her life. He is manipulating Meera big time with his feelings for her whether its for his love or for his ego which we do not know yet. If he truly cared about the couple he give the ownership of VVS to Krish and never come back to Pune because every one knows time will heal everything and it would have naturally made Krish and Meera closer again and they would have eventually got kids.

So you see vicious circle here how one craves for another and not able to figure out their feelings and Key to this puzzle is in Meera's thoughts on what would her feelings reveal to her in time. Have to see who will clear their head first and start taking necessary precautions among the three and who will win it in the end. 

For some one who is questioning my dedication here, I would like to tell you I am probably way more successful than you and there is a thing called multi tasking, I don't need to leave everything I do to focus on the story here. Will take a break, have to cover few series from Netflix and will be looking forward for damaka update on Christmas and hoping it could bring some clarity this time.
