Personally, I find it better to read as it is written because I do not have the feeling of being crushed
by the ‘narrowness’ and the ‘endless string of words’ while reading.
This way I still have room to breathe and my eyes don't get tired so quickly when reading.
But as with so many things, tastes differ and it's not possible to please everyone...
That's why we should leave it up to the author to decide how and in what form to present and write
the story.
For me, it's the ‘content’ and the 'description' of the events that matter, everything else is secondary.
