Yes but in part 2 with Das , Meera was punishing Krish because she was insecure about him. Here it is not the case , this recent chapter basically states that Meera only seeks sexual satisfaction and romantic moments with Desai , but Krish dominates her world because he is her better half in all the aspects of life except in bed. The last chapter basically shows that Desai did roleplay as Krish to make her feel good. Meera doesn't expect Krish to be as good as Desai in bed because she feels contempt that Krish is in her life. The day he isn't is when she will fall apart. She definitely sees Desai as someone that gives her sexual pleasure but Krish is the one she gets the pleasure of life. She is basically saying it clear that without Krish she won't be able to exist.
