I have been trying to tell the same about Meera since the beginning for those readers who were calling Meera a slut. She is only a slut for Krish and how he ants her to be a slut. Though that abusive name calling is not necessary.

Piyush playing main role from here may not the plot and sex between Meera and Piyush is far fledged at this point. I also doubt Piyush is cahoots with Desai.  Until now Piyush has not shown any signs of major attraction towards Meera so him getting her impromptu might not get as spicy as its intended.

At this point what's left to know is how Krish triumphs over Desai and how Meera will rescue her relationship..Her being sad at the lunch over Desai's comment on their life indicates she knows that their relationship has suffered the damage and they lost the spark. Mainly because Krish has lost the appetite for genuine sex with out cuckold thoughts or other persons involved which is major setback. So its very important for Krish to regain confidence , love and respect in bed back. How Meera helps Krish is yet to be seen. Krish has to believe she loves Desai. Previous ending Meera tries to make Krish believe that she chose Desai but Krish did not believe her and came back but this time he has to believe it and only possible way is for Krish to see it secretly while Meera knowing that Krish is watching(his shoes by bedside). Once Krish believes he lost Meera he will definitely change and regain his lost life.

First of all props to your English! those were some well phrased wordings. 'Cahoots' and 'impromptu'... adding them to my dictionary ;)

I have a hunch that Piyush has some major role to play, or at least gets to have sex with Meera. In the previous updates we have seen Piyush express his awe and admiration towards Meera. He has openly commented on her beauty and made her feel special, even at the presence of Desai. Now after the recent 'Concert show' we are not aware of the dialogues between Piyush and Desai. Krish is yet to reveal

And secondly the way Meera had dressed up to the concert, she was looking nothing less than a beautiful actress straight out of Hollywood Red Carpet. I mean was so much of glamour necessary for someone as lowly fat old man as Piyush? You can say ohh she just wants to look appropriate to the concert and she had dressed elegantly, or Did she had other intentions? With the kind of dress she chose... out of all dresses she chose the ones that fits to her body tightly, accentuating her wonderful curves and displaying her ample cleavage. I mean especially after the awkward phone conversation with Piyush that 'he wanting to sleep with her', and him denying it, why would you want to dress up even more seductively? Deep inside, was Meera disappointed that Piyush didn't want to sleep with her? Was she trying hard to look more attractive to him? Maybe to reinforce that sexual thought into Piyush's mind?

I mean Desai was not even in the picture until they arrived at the concert, and we definitely know it's not for Krish. Did she dress-up for Piyush then? Maybe she wanted to show her curves & busts to Piyush, wanted to see the glint in his eyes. Maybe she liked hearing praises from him and the way he admires her. Especially after that 'Sleep with Meera' fiasco, his admiration and compliments could bring a new meaning to Meera.

But something about Piyush and Desai's friendship seems a bit off (the way it is presented). Especially after how Desai blatantly talked about 'Piyush wanting to sleep with Meera'. I kept thinking, if their friendship is not very deep, and if it was just purely professional, then Desai would never risk taking Piyush's name and accuse of something major and risk his name and business with Piyush. Their friendship goes beyond and they probably may had shared few sexual exploits together with women before. Maybe that is why he bet safe and risked even getting caught with Piyush.

And there's no way in a million chances that Desai would just 'happen' to come to the concert with another woman on the exact same day. lol. It's either 'they are in cahoots!' or Desai got that information when he had phoned in to check on Piyush (unlikely).

As I had recently commented, Desai's main goal is to conquer Meera and 'slutify' her, just as she did with Ananya, one thing that we had indeed noticed is that Desai likes to use women to his pleasure, humiliate them in front their husbands, humiliate their husbands and turn them into a willful 'pets' that he can use however he desires. He enjoys making the woman realize that their husband is a wimp and good for nothing and that he's a sex god, which he is sure, but he likes to rub it on their husband's face in front their wife by displaying his incredible love-making skills especially in front of their hubbies. And also once he's extracted every bit of pleasure from the woman of his desire, he doesn't mind sharing them with his friends.

Chapter - Twelve

"Now tell me, what is it about?" I asked. Tears started flowing from her eyes, straightaway.
My guess was right. It was about Desai.
Ananya spoke after a few seconds of weeping.
"The last Saturday night, he took me to his house. I thought it would be regular sex. I mean the sex between us had become now so regular a thing. But he had invited a friend over there. He said it's a small party. I took drinks with them. I don't know what came to me, I felt at ease and got well with them. But then Desai started getting physical. Intimate. Like showing off to his friend. I was drunk and I couldn't just stop him and leave. I should have."
Ananya started crying again. I placed my hand on hers and a teardrop fell on the back of my palm.
"What happened?" I asked. 
She gave me a helpless look.
"I was made to have sex with his friend, Krish."
I was stunned.
I remembered Desai offering me a chance to sleep with Ananya. I had turned him down.
I had my reasons to turn him down. But Desai had other friends too, who would enjoy the offer. I just learnt.
"Forced sex?" I asked.
"No, it wasn't forced; that is the worst thing about it. It was Desai who was trying to be intimate with me. But then he invited his friend. I tried to resist, but you know how Desai is. He can't be stopped. He let his friend touch my body. And after that..."
Ananya wiped her face with handkerchief. 
"At one point Desai left me with his friend and went out with his phone. And his friend wouldn't stop. I didn't get a chance to tell him no. I am the only one to be blamed. He was all over me. While driving back, I was gripped with fear. I had just learnt everything Desai told me the other day was a lie. He had told me that he didn't want Sam to be a loser. I thought he would be planning the same with Meera too. That's the reason he had been determined to trap her.
I thought about Desai and his unknown friend taking turns to fuck Meera.
The thought simply terrorised me because my intuition told me that it was going to happen soon.

Something from his past deeds clearly says that Desai is a man who loves to share his 'exploits'. And I don't think this is by accident. We got to know about this behavior in the previous updates where it was revealed that "Desai too has cuckold tendencies" meaning he enjoys 'watching' his prize getting absolutely railed by another man.

And btw who's this mystery guy nicknamed "Susho". Is Piyush nickname "Susho" ? I know I am going out on a limb here.. but hey it could be him, you never know ;)

Anyways these are just my speculations, only Krish can tell us if Piyush gets to enjoy Meera and fulfill another fantasy of Desai :P
