Yes that's exactly am telling since last few posts that measuring by sex and how many times who cheated is not true measure for moral compass for the lead couple in this story. Hence my earlier comment about Krish to spine up and stand up to Meera.

that's not how the marriage works, Krish does not need to stand up to Meera. She needs to leave Meera, divorce, her,  and forge a new life without Meera.
