Sorry friends, i am not here to spoil this story and thread (Aur gyan bhi nahi dena chahta hun) by discussing my point of view here. 

I am not a writer still want to put few of my points.

At first the writer will struck with a central point or theme. 
we can compare it with the Eye of the above picture. 

Then slowly he will develop the story by adding other characters. ( these are mouth and fins)
The dots in the pics can be compared with twists and specific situations in the story.

When he starts writing the story by joining the dots in the order we will get a nice story. 

If every thing goes correctly without any hinderances such as job, family, health issues we will get a complete story. 
Otherwise the pic is incomplete. but still few dots are there where we can follow.
