Its not childish , Krish in the story states he is a cuckold , but he cannot be a cuckold unless he witnesses his wife in sexual act like he did in part 1 and part 2. But I stated Krish should have his wish fullfilled because that will open an interestic dynamic and maybe even the redemption arc for him to finally overcome his cuckolding kink and win his wife back. For Krish to do that , he has to witness their sexual act which will result in Krish finally making a decision and overcoming his duality of either his love or his kink and reclaim Meera. That will be an ideal storyline that can make Krish overcome and make Meera fall in love with him and choose him over Desai eventually. I would like the story to end with Krish transforming himself and becoming a better man and their happily ever after on a high note!
