You should end the story in the next update. Seriously, you have merely posted 16-20 updates and took almost a year. Yeah, I can go and read any other story, some might say, but IT IS A FORUM. I have the right to criticize and appreciate works.
Story was awesome until it was forced, it could have been gradual seduction or submission or temptation. And the timeline of your updates spoiled everything.
Upload it all or end it. My honest suggestions as a fan of the story.
