I forbid myself from jumping to conclusions..

Will this be like

1.Shipra desperately wants to help kasargoan women.
2. She loves Alok and she want a normal with her child.
3. But inorder to survive in this male dominant, politically driven society, her only leverage is her body.
4. Patode, is he enough for Shipra to Overcome all her struggles.
5. Namrata, her nature is like that. And you answered my question, she is not a villain rather a scapegoat.
6. Shipra hasn't fucked anyone. There are so many characters. If Shipra is gonna suffer, so called Ordeal.
7. Till now she haven't showed any weekness. I can't guess how this will pan out. Because now it is like a love story between patode and Shipra.
8. Without a strong antagonist, you can't elevate your protagonist.
9. Is this story going to be like, how she falls for patode or
10. It will be like shipras ordeal one by one.

It's not only about the women of Kasegoan. There are many reason for current situation of Shipra. 
A. Alok's unemployment putting tremendous pressure on Shipra for getting a promotion for maintaining their ever increasing expenses.
B. Kasegoan being a very difficult branch which cannot become performing by sole effort of Shipra, hence she is inadvertently dependent on Patode to make that happen.
D. And then there is the cause of the exploited and cheated women whom she wants to help for which she is again dependant on Patode.
C. And at last there is her own suppressed desires which is flared by the presence of Namrata and advances of Patode.

All this has led her to do something she wouldn't have done in normal circumstances. But still she is trying to delay the inevitable and is fighting for control.

Namrata is a villain of not is a matter of perspective.

Shipra's ordeals have already started. She is not doing all this of her own will, yet. She never wanted to repeat what had happened with her with Viresh but fate has some other plans for her.

Other than this for everything else you'll have to wait. 
Shipra and Patode's relationship is totally mutually beneficial. There is no spark or emotional connect as of now. Just be patient Patode will show his true colors soon.
