Kavya felt bad for what she did. gulit kills her inside out. When she goes back to her house like nothing happen. And the same time her husband learns the truth, and divorce. 

Kavya explains it was just one night stand. But he didn't accept it and divorce her. And gave her what ever she want (alimony).
