And of course highly masturabatable hot plot there but what disturbing is that r**e material only because it deviates from the erotic and intimacy which are the key factors in this story previously....
I know whenever we read the story we may aware of that it's fictional but we solely connected with real life fantasy then only it is enjoyable (not only story including films)
All of us aware that whenever we watch a porn movie for example taboo movies we fully aware that these are casted but we imagine ourself in a character.by doing these we will enjoy more ...
In that point only i told that it's quite disturbing....
I suggested this just as my opinion if it hurts Author's imagination or his story flow or his  work  in any manner .i really feel sorry for that...
