Honestly I loved the intro of Kavya character, tight body yet voluptuous, unpredictability in story is very crucial, you have to keep readers confused otherwise they will very easily see a pattern and story may become predictable.

You can see Rani originally agreed for one time but ended having multiple times... she finally got succumbed to her desires but yet she's not enjoying it fully. Probably because of moral things. Shreya i think also observed it, she can carefully plan and take her to next level. She understood that Rani is very kind hearted person and actually feels for the suffering of others. If Shreya can capitalize this and persuade she can be successful in manipulating her next round.

I think what Shreya can do is capitalize on the Kavya situation where inspite of being experienced as Shreya, she suffered when it comes to Anal sex.
