How can/should) one describe/call a married wife and mother 
(who has a loyal, loving and provident husband who is also the father of their common healthy, 
well behaved and lively child) 
who lies, cheats and deceives her husband; 
as if all this is not enough even goes a step further and decides to impregnate herself by her lover 
to give birth to a bastard and foist them on the husband as their common child !!!

Can you please tell me that ?

What is Madula or Girija then? Another cheap whore?
Is Bhavani as cheap or as much a whore as Madula?
As far as her desire to get pregnant and foist the child on the husband, I would call that deceitful and kinky behaviour driven by her desire to make her lover happy.
Generally a whore is a prostitute, or someone sexually promiscuous (someone like Madula/Girija). If Bhavani was one, she should have actively pursued Sham to get fucked.
