While I appreciate the poster’s (I wouldn’t call this person an author) storytelling endeavor, it's evident that all the narrative is borrowed from an American context. The substitution of names and attire to create an Indian setting feels more like an overlay than an integral part of the story. The discrepancy between the vividly American descriptions of surroundings, houses, colleges, and colleges and the attempt to present it as an original Indian story is noticeable. It would be enriching to witness a more authentic infusion of Indian cultural elements to truly make the narrative their own.
