What u r doing now is that u have taken a situation created by the old author and added an explicit sex scene in it . Thought I also would have liked the old author to have added some more sex , I guess he wanted to take it slow .
U r a good writer . I think it would be a good idea to start ur story from a bit more older timeline and start off with new situations and write along ur story in ur style
