I found your post on this in between surprising but also I appreciate your goodness here. It's really a tragic incident and I join with you in extending my condolences as well to those affected by that accident. Although one might blame the cause on anything, it should be realized that Indian railways is a very large network managing the train movements passing every few minutes, especially at night. It is a very complex and difficult management. On a daily basis, there are crores of passenger traveling through trains across India. They do their best to offer safety to these passengers. However, a slight error at some point results in such a big mishap. Mostly, I have noticed a goods train always involved in such accidents. A sudden change in routine creates some confusion in signaling and routing. Nevertheless, that is the challenge and hope that they find solutions and work through better safety measures and prevent such things in future. Hope all governments across the world work on improving technologies for safety and survival of life instead of investing on nuclear bombs and other destructive technologies.
