It was Wednesday evening, (6 pm) the dusk was approaching, and the party at Tiwari’s place had started. As Tiwari had mentioned people from secretariat had reached. Shalini arrived there in her Swift. She didn’t use her official vehicle, although it was a semi-official event. Vishal had a Honda City for his daily travel but Shalini had a Maruti Suzuki Swift for her personal travel. She had made an image of honest official within the secretariat. Shweta her subordinate was there and was following her like a Hutch’s dog. Shweta was rarely invited to such parties. She being a gossip girl, Shalini was extremely wary of what may transpire between herself & Nazroof here, but where was Nazroof.

Shweta was Grade B officer working under Shalini’s office. Shweta was 24 years old and was wearing a cute purple color sleeveless salwaar kameez that did justice to her cuteness. She hailed from Bihar, and had no prior boyfriends. She was a virgin. She joined Shalini’s office about 15 months ago and this was her first invitation to such parties. Shweta asked where Vishal and Anjali were. Shalini explained that Vishal was still at work, & Anjali was with Chutki (Anjali’s caretaker). Shalini didn’t ask Vishal to come. He wasn’t required here, she thought.

People were enjoying food when Tiwari started speaking on the mic. She finally spotted Nazroof. He was in formal black suit and black shirt. Shalini knew he worked as mafia but right now he was looking as if he was a businessman.



Tiwari introduced Nazroof to everyone. He boasted that party headquarters had given him the responsibility of getting party’s business in order and expansion in neighboring states. Due to this he would be less available here. (Shalini knew he won’t be available at all). So starting tomorrow all the district officials must contact Nazroof. Also, to make it easy for district officials, the senior most govt official will lead working with Nazroof. With senior most he meant by Shalini Mehta. When he said that, Shalini was shocked while other people applauded.

Tiwari added it was possible that Shalini may spend more time in Nazroof’s office and people working in her office may report to person heading his office. Although till the time he hires a professional to handle his work, Shalini will handle everything and will report directly to Nazroof.

Tiwari gave the mic to Nazroof. Nazroof thanked him, and gave a small speech to all where he was expecting’s everyone’s cooperation. He mentioned that tomorrow he will meet Shalini in her office.

This was serious bending of rules and regulations of how the district legislature works. But this was done in such a way, that it was hardly questionable.

Shweta who was standing next to Shalini whispered, “Well, ma’am it seems like now onwards you’ll spend time more in that mafia’s office rather than ours.”

Shalini who understood the purpose of this announcement was still shocked and all she muttered, “looks like it”

Last week they were trying to keep this as a secret but now they’ve let it open for everyone to know. She felt there was something more here rather than wanting to get inside the pants of Shalini.

Shalini looked at Nazroof, who was also looking at her. Their eyes met and Nazroof scratched his dick over his pants. Shalini didn’t react, Shweta was with her. Anyone else who saw Nazroof scratch his dick, just thought Nazroof was just adjusting his dick as men usually do.

She decided she won’t attend more of these parties. Shalini wanted to pee so she finally left Shweta alone and went inside the house looking for washroom. She went on first floor of the residence as the washroom in ground floor was occupied. As Shalini came out of the washroom, she saw Nazroof & Tiwari get inside a room. They didn’t spot her. The door of the room was a bit ajar. Enough for Shalini to listen what was said inside. Both the men didn’t have any idea that someone would be listening to them as they thought all the people were in the garden of the residence.
