This is a correct assessment of the last episode, she would have decided to leave Krish a long while back, She was just testing Desai about various things like Has he had been involved in someone? How serious was he about the Relationship? Once she got a positive answer from Desai, she decided to come clean about her past as well. Confrontation with Krish just fast-tracked her idea a bit. Her giving a flimsy reason given to  Krish for leaving does not make any sense. She already planned her decision well in advance 

Still does not make sense why would she need to hide Jai's incident with Krish when she told Krish about Ashish's incident.? Desai was not in the picture at that time .Maybe she enjoyed the incident with Jai and did not want to tell that to Krish . 

I hope the author has finished writing the chapter and give  the final chapter this weekend followed by an epilogue this month .
