The author has made his decision and announced that he will end the story after one chapter.
However, I believe that the author acted too hastily.
If he had not left so many "unexplained" and "unclear" actions and motives in the dark in the last chapter, this
would have been possible.
With the last chapter, however, he steered the main protagonists (Krish and Meera) and us readers (his fans)
"without navigation" into a labyrinth with many dead ends and uneven terrain.
I am therefore very sceptical whether he will really be able to answer all the open questions, motives and events
in a single remaining chapter.
If so, it will have to be a mammoth chapter ...
Otherwise, there should (and must) be a concluding chapter with a review, flashback and a leap into the future that
briefly chronicles the lives of the main protagonists.
* * *
I have even often imagined (perhaps the author thinks so too) that a fourth chapter "told ONLY from Meera's point of view"
would crown the story.
It does not have to be (like the first three chapters) one long chapter, maybe, 5 - 8 max....
