I find the discussion about being alpha or not alpha too superfluous and simply tired.
But what bothers me the most is that some (readers/friends) refer to the compound "MARRIAGE" only as a result
of sex and as a yardstick for it.
Whether in fantasy or in real life, "MARRIAGE" and "partnership" are more than sex.
Every one of us should remember that, everything else is animalistic and disgusting!

So I think Meera (whether Krish encouraged her or not, whether he takes pleasure in sharing or not, whether he is
voyeuristically inclined or not) she has long since overshot the target ceiling.
She manipulates his feelings and love (which is almost submissive), betray him in every conceivable place and
time like a cheap slut.
She may have been (till the time Desai entered her life), halfway moral and respectfully provident wife to Krish, but
what she has become in the last few episodes is beyond all norms of a wife....

- She lies,
- she cheats,
- she's not loyal,
- she willingly serves herself up for sex and material gain to anyone who offers it to her. (Desai is the best example of
  this; he is disgusting, looks awful, is nearly 20 years older than her; but has money and can "also" manage marathon
  sex thanks to Viagra *I suppose!*.
- she destroys the reputation and respect of her husband in the public and friendship circle...

Conclusion:
the whole thing has nothing to do with "fulfilling Krish's fantasies" anymore, it has rather become Meera's EGO gratification.

Manasi has ended his analysis with these two sentences (which I also agree);

,,Ignoring characters aberration, I don't think Meera can have any other motives.
Nothing but Krish's reactions can destabilize her off her motives."

Hence I think,
Krish should take TIME-OUT and get some distance (a few weeks maybe!) from Meera until she gains clarity 
about her marriage and partnership.

During this time, both of them should make their decision,
