The onus on repairing the relationship lies solely with Meera, She has been refusing to have sex with Krish for a variety of reasons -

1 . She refused to make love to Krish after she had sex with Desai in the car with the reason that it would make her feel like a slut . but she was ok with having sex with Desai after having sex with Krish.

2. She conned Krish into not having sex with her for 3 days so that she is fresh for Desai on Wednesday night.

3. Also when Desai is out of the picture she is keener in focussing on her career than her marriage life.

Krish's character has not changed much throughout the 3 parts of this story, he is shown to be a good person, who can't take a stand and usually allows her wife to do as she wishes. Krish is not a confrontational person, and he won't stop Meera and Desai. Meera has crossed all the lines in this series, she is doing things as she pleases and has no respect for Krish's public image. It needs to be seen whether Meera still loves Krish. Passion and chemistry between them is lacking in this part, especially from Meera's side, she seems disinterested in Krish. I doubt she will end the relationship abruptly with Desai.

If the author decides to end this on a happy note, it would require a complete shift of character on Meera's part or Desai dying in an accident just like Shekhar.

That's your opinion bud..nothing against it but here are my thoughts on your questions

1. Yes she did refuse sex with Krish and in my mind i believe it is much pure than evil thoughts or ill thoughts towards Krish..She respects him as a husband and not willing to give herself to Krish in such a used state. Just a different perspective if you look at it rather making it an excuse to avoid sex. Other way round she doesn't care as long as Desai doesn't care.

2. I do not think there is any proof to show that she wantedly skipped sex with Krish for 3 days to be fresh for Desai..if fact lot of times Krish's thoughts were to not have sex so she will sex craved by the time Desai is back and if i missed this part ..please provide which episode i would like to read it again.

3. That's again one's own perspective , she did say no to kids but you do not have to read too much into it. Couples plan together and if one's not ready to have kid then it doesn't mean anything..as for the career yes she wants to make it big and she did it with an award..something wrong?

Why do you think Krish's character has not changed much? Krish never used to be this submissive not until Desai entered into the relationship..He was tamed now by Desai in many ways..He used to confront his wife previously and many times. He used to collaborate everything with Meera and plan together now he secretly does lot of things and hides many things from her . Yes his love for her is very strong and didn't change but that we only know because we read the story from his POV maybe if you read it from Meera's POV you might know how much she loves her husband and what are her thoughts and why her behavior is showing uncharacteristic signs.

Every one said that she is bad because she denied accompanying her husband on his first drive after recovery but at the same time no one mentioned that Krish denied accompanying her to temple esp after he felt bad last time when she went with Desai..he could have gone to temple..and he could have accompanied to Inauguration too but still chose to remain in the house anticipating to listen to the sex between Desai and Meera..despite knowing that from his neighbor that last time both were too close in the event. Does that mean he doesn't bother what others think or what happens to Meera and his image in public when compared to his fantasy? Like i said this couple love each other with their faults and they belong to each other..there is no need to shift anyone's character to make this a happy ending. Anyways AUTHOR has his own story line and thoughts, he will not change the line based on our discussions..he might consider few points to give good closure but i do not think the ending will change.
