i am unmarried as of now. But having a family is a blessing. Say you friend to speak openly to her and if possible have a proper counselling session with a psychiatrist.
These type of illegal relation will not last long and will break up with small problem itself.
Get help from the family of her if needed.
Also speak the ethics to the opposite guy and educate him about the his family about his wrongdoings.
That would help a bit.
But breaking a family is not advisable in straight. try to mend the relation as much as possible, till she changes her mind.
