The last episode was unique. Just the way the author lets the fantasy flow into reality and vice versa, 
promises an ending similar to a "Big Bang"...

Mind games ...

I think I read (between the lines) that the author allowed Desai to make mistakes for the first time.
It may be that in the first moment this is not perceived and registered as a mistake, but in the end, 
when the puzzle is put together, this mistake becomes clear and irreversible. 
 
1 - in relation to the establishment of his company in Bombay. He said that he will now do it himself, 
and that he will spend some time in Krish's office to learn the necessary feedback and knowledge.
At the end of the day, however, he admitted, "I did not think this task would be so complicated and difficult!"

* This will consolidate Krish's self-esteem and belief in himself and his performance (both personal and work) ...

2 - He let him flirt with Maithrei obviously and brazenly (in such a place and time ... hospital) in Meera's and 
Krish's presence.

* This will give Meera something to think about. She will wake up from this dream (if there is or was that she 
can live with Desai in a marriage partnership permanently!). She will realise that she is/was ONLY a sex
plaything for Desai, and as soon as he comes across another interesting and married woman, will just drop her 
like a ripe fig. (Ananya is the best example of this) ... 

3 - By transferring the ownership of Vickey Securite Service to Krish, he will (unknowingly) give away his most
important trump card to Meera and Krish (namely money and thereby power).

* This will make Desai uninteresting in Meera's eyes (on the one hand), on the other hand, give Meera and Krish 
the financial security and professional future they have been longing for ...

I think that towards the end, the author will bring Desai and Meera together in a passionate hot sex act in front 
of Krish, this act will crown Krish's sharings and cuckolds fantasies. 
After that, there will be no more escalation for Krish's fantasies, for the peak to be conquered would be reached 
by Krish being present at the sex act between Desai and Meera.

At the end, they will show Desai the door and ask him to leave their lives. Krish and Meera will then consummate
their marriage and have children ...

IF only ending is so simple and it never is in KRISH' s stories. He will push the couple deep into Desai's web before he will make them realize what they are losing to pull back.
Here is what i think could be the plot from here on

1. Desai will continue to aggravate Krish's fantasy of watching him and Meera to an extent that Krish will do anything and cooperate at any level with Desai even it means he might hurt Meera.
2. Desai will finally with help from Krish be able to either convince Meera for sex before krish or break her promise and give a show to Krish with out Meera knowing it.
3. He will also achieve his dream of Meera spitting in Desai's mouth thereby removing the only thing that she will never do for anybody other than Krish there by making Krish realize that he has lost Meera to Desai.
4. Who knows there could also be a high chance of Desai pulling out a video of him and Meera in one of their bedroom adventures saved for the end game in case couple get smart and try to push him out of their lives.  

In any of the above scenarios there is very good chance of big fight between Meera and Krish with blame games and further creating gap between the couple. Also high chance Parvathi/Nidhi could play a part in creating further rifts
between them and what decisions couple will take could be the final parts which could be 42a and 42b episodes.

We could get to see nice and steamy sex between Desai and Meera in next part and Krish could play huge part in cooperating or creating circumstances for Desai to perfectly seduce Meera which would be the crux of fight between the couple.
I doubt they will wait for his leg to recover.
