Pent house..

This story happens in a city suburb at a small apartment which has 5 floors having two flats each floor up to 4 floors and a pent house in top 5 th floor. The pent house of a top floor has been locked for many years and as its owner is living at a different place..
   
 The apartment is occupied with young and old couples but no bachelors...its typical quite residential area with lot of trees and parks with more calmness and serenity ..
       
Lets see who lives in that building. In 4 th floor there lives a old couple wife Bhavani sharma ( age 55 ) and Gangadhar  sharma ( age 62 ) in one flat and a young couple who happens to be daughter and son in law of that old couple in adjacent flat..
             Avani sharma ( age 26 ) and her husband Gaurav sharma ( age 29) ..They have been married for 6 months and quite new couple and it was a arranged marriage..
  Avani sharma was from very conservative Sanskari family...she never had boy friend before her marriage and Gaurav was her only love and life after marriage.. though she was well educated having a mba from reputed university she never intended to do a job and she was obedient, calm going house wife taking care of her husband and her parents ..she has one sister Ruhani sharma ( age 23 ) ..at present she was staying in another city working there and she visits her parents and sister once in festival holidays ..
           In third floor there lived two middle aged couples with a kid each 
Chandu lal ( 36 age )
Preeti lal ( 32 age ) 
Son  montu ( 6 yrs old )
In another apartment
Leena Sebastian ( age 33)
Joseph Sebastian ( age 35 )
Girl poly ( age 9 )

In 2 nd floor 
In one apartment there was a widow and her daughter
Widow Aparna Benerjee ( age 44 )
Daughter Meisha Benerjee ( age 21 )
And in another flat 
Mother in law and father in law of Aparna Benrjee who were in their 70 ' s and old..

In first floor 

One flat was left vacant as its owners were living abroad and they would use it when they arrive for holidays.

Other flat was owned by chandu lal to keep his furniture stock which he used to dump and move it to showroom .. 
    And there was a watch man Golu ( age 31) , his wife Paru ( age 26 ) and two kids living in cellar watch man room...2 small girls ..they were a busy family taking care of apartment maintenance and security.

        Today they were noisy and rushing and Golu and Paru were ready with cleaning equipment 

Leena Sebastian was going to work and seeing Golu with cleaning equipment asked
" Golu what is happening. Why are you hurried and what about all this cleaning equipment. Today is not building cleaning day na ".
   Golu " Madam. The fifth floor Pent house Saab is coming ..He called us and told to clean up pent house and make it ready as he would be back by tomorrow “
 Leena " what , that pent house .is it owned by some one ..it remains always closed for years ..who is the owner of that flat " .
  Golu " Yes mam ..its owned by Akbar khan sir ..He was working in Dubai all these years and now he is returning back " ..
   She was now more excited to hear a man named Akbar khan. She doesnt know Why she was so excited..
     Leena " How do u know him as real owner have u seen him" .
     Golu " No madam. My father who used to work here has seen him and Akbar sir used to come regularly when this building work was happening as his Friend Siraaj khan sir was builder of this apartment " .
             Leena " ok .ok.." 
Leena was typical urban lady with barbed hair slim modern looks . She was working as human science professor in an university and Husband Joseph was librarian ..as A typical Librarian he was soft calm going person and leena was complete opposite  to him..
           By evening the news of arriving new member into apartment has spread to everyone and all were curious ..
The reasons.. till now there was no bachelors in this apartment and first time a bachelor will be living with them and second the Name Akbar khan sounded odd and by Golu they came to know he was single and not having family.. 
        There was a casual meeting at Aparna' flat and all four main ladies were there..Aparna, Leena , Preeti , Avani..
Aparna and Avani were typically calm going conservative homely ladies and Preeti and Leena were talkative , gossipy ,chatty women ..
  Coming to stats of these beautiful ladies..
Aparna Benrjee: 5 feet 5 inches typical looking bong lady fair, big eyes,  broad chest and round face and big melons to boast off ..a well curved middle aged woman .she was not chubby nor lean ..she would be dream MILF for any man..she looks much younger to her age like in early thirties.  And finally Avani Sharma: Uff .what to say about her. Taller at 5 feet 7 inches firm thight body and May be she is definition of feminine and beauty and a perfect symmetrical shape with long dense hair and magnetic eyes and a smile to die for ..she was surprisingly light rose in color and her shape of boobs , waist and hips were mathematically perfect nor less nor more. Funny thing she wears more conservative dresses like loose  kurta paizama , heavy sarees like old women but still she looks more beautiful and ever more hot and sexy..
 All were having tea which Aparna has prepared and were chatting.
Priti : Till now there is no bachelor in this building and here we are all families with kids and parents.. wouldn't it be nuisance for us if this guy stays here bringing all his friends and stuff..
 She was making her eyes big and speaking to them.
 Aparna : we already have water
 problem to this building if this  person comes and stays and later he brings his family by marrying ..it would be difficult ..you know these guys prefer bigger families not like us .
 Leena : but he seems to be a bachelor. By what Golu was saying he may be 40 or something and not married and he is staying single .its his own flat .we cant deny him to stay..
 She was speaking with more curiosity than fear..
And all were looking towards Avani whats her opinion. Avani is normally silent girl and she was just listening what they were saying as they were waiting for her response..
 Avani : we doesnt know who the person is and what he is like ..how can we rise objection to stay here..let him arrive ..we will see for a month and talk to our husbands and decide either he should stay here or move out..
She was speaking without any expression and more logically ..
  But everyone is sensing some change is arriving in their lives ..a storm that cant be stopped .
 Every one remained silent and finally decided ..they shall see further..
  Each lady reach their flat but were not able to stop thinking about this new arrival in their lives sorry building..
  That night for unknown reasons all four were horny including Avani who was not so sexually active person and performed sex with their husbands and Aparna masturbated watching porn after long time...
