My wife didnt respond to the cop's words. She just kept looking down at the floor.
"Chal utha camera aur focus kar madam ke face par", the senior cop instructed Chauhan, "aur thoda dur se, iske mamme bhi aana chahiye video mein"
("Raise your camera and focus it on Madam's face. And shoot from a bit afar. Her boobs should also be seen in the video")
Chauhan promptly did as he was told.
"Jyotiji apna face uthaaiye aur camera ki taraf dekhiye" The senior cop asked my wife with that same sleazy smile.

Jyoti was taken aback by the sudden change in the cop's tone. She looked visibly scared as she raised her face.
"Ab camera ki taraf dekh ke boliye , ki mein randi hoon aur mera pati dalal hai. Aur mein paise ke liye chudwati hoon" The cop calmly gave these shocking instructions to my wife.

Even while the cop was speaking, Jyoti's already flushed face started turning pale, as she began to understand the implications of his words .
A wave of panic spread across her face. Her breathing got faster.
"No, No, this is crazy. I wont. No" she said, almost getting choked while speaking.
"Theek hai aapki marzi, fir 10 saal jail ke liye tayaar ho jaao" The cop warned her. "Aur tumhe maloom hai na jail mein aap jaiso ke saath kya hota hai"

Intense mental agony was writ large on Jyoti's face. Her face was contorting with every word from the cop.
I was feeling so sick and angry that I was not able to protect my beloved wife.
