A readers perspective,
I have been reading books for nearly 20 yrs and porn for around 6yrs. As much as I enjoy reading, I am at a loss of words when it comes to writing (commenting).
I think that is the reason why I am still a reader and not a writer and also not a reviewer. I am an introvert by nature, so I don't talk/write much unless I feel strongly about something (like this thread).
I don't even ask for directions even when I am lost - that kind of guy.
I might be jumping with excitement inside but nothing will come out.
I am sure a lot of people who are readers here are that way(not so socially good, else they would have found a girl or at least be on tinder instead of xossip).
They are ready to show their token of appreciation in any other form rather than talking/commenting.
It shows in that they are ready to pay. Though it might look superficial and shallow, the truth is not all readers here are from upper class,
so when they say are even ready to pay, it shows level of appriciation for the story, the authors and their skills.

I have commented on a few post when I felt it connected to me personally to my thoughts or situation which is very rare. But doesn't mean I didn't enjoy a lot of other stories.
Even when I feel like commenting, I personally, don't know what say other than nice/awesome/super/(something similar) and Thank you.

I have blabbered enough, all that above is what my perspective and I feel lot of readers may also feel that same, so I just wanted to express it to all the frustrated writers.
All your stories are well appreciated in our hearts, you can see that from the number of views.
Hope this throws some light on readers mindset and help you not feel dejected by the lack of comments.

Again a very big and hearty Thank You to all the authors for your effort, time and skills.
I will try and express my gratitude and Thanks on each stories individually form now on, but I am not sure I will really be able to comment anything more than a "nice post, thank you".
I really don't want any of the authors/creators to feel let down.
