There was another call for me. As I was busy with out servant Leena came running to tell me that our bank manager Mr. Pradhan is on the line.

I just kept on looking at her she waved her hands and said, “sir call for you urgent”.

I said, “I am sorry Leena”.

She smiled saying “sir take the phone first someone is really angry on you” saying that she went out.

I picked up the phone, “Yes Pradhan saheb”.

“What the hell is this loan of 60 lakh rupees”

I knew what was happening, “Kay huwa Pradhan saheb, our loan what you are going to give is 25 crores, 60 lakh ki kay bath hai”.

“What was the paper that was signed yesterday was it some kind of loan paper or change of account holders as per your board meeting which was submitted to us”

“Sir I don’t know what you are talking about there was nothing other then change of account holder and signatory and nothing else” I told him

“Maqdoom has called telling that Mrs. Vijay had sign some loan papers yesterday of 60 lakh and to hand over 50 lakh to him”.

Mr. Pradhan was worried and puzzled by his tone.

I asked him, “Maqdoom , who is Maqdoom I don’t know any one by that name working in our office, why don’t you call bhabhi and ask her”.

“Her phone is switched off, I am not able to reach her” he was anxious

“I don’t know about her Pradhan saheb, anyway will let you know when she comes down” I kept the phone down and laughed for the same.

I checked the CD given by Mona and seeing the same again I had a hard one. Leena again came in the afternoon asking for lunch.

I said to her to get her whatever she felt like. She came within 30 min with Veg biryani and noodles.

I was sitting on my chair, she told me to come and have it. I went near the table and sat quietly and didn’t start to eat.

She was about to take her first spoon and said, “sir what happened”.
