Its really really a nice ones. I would say best in this site. Love to read it. I've one/two suggestions which you may ponder over:

1. Instead of woman-woman, I think it's more turn on if Nilanjana herself submit to her brother-in-laws for more drug. If we fast forward it to next day, it can be like:

next morning @ 11p.m gets a call from her hubby that he won't coming back. So Nilanjana come to know he is with his secretary.

then around noon she needs the drink again. so she actually called her brother-in-law and asked for it.

they told her to come to their place and have humiliating fun.
