I know it too, I have written also read stories, I know the pain of a writer allocating time for this, but as a writer you need to understand the purpose of your writing, even if the story is good and different also, but if u give only short updates or big gaps it reduces the interest in the story, which you could understand from the number of views or comments you get for a story, then there wont be any good response for the story, which is why i stated to give big updates, you can accumulate and post it as a big update, that doesnt mean am discouraging you.
