Saleh appeared on Sunday afternoon. Meena was home and I took the time off, she wanted me to be home while they talk.
I opened the door for him and led him into the room and told him that meena will soon appear and offered him a glass of juice.
After short minutes Meena came down the stairs. She was dressed in a white pinstripe shirt with two upper buttons open, with a wide blue knee length skirt. I guessed She does not want to give any opportunity for Saleh to see her sexy body lines and to be excited sexually.
She greeted him a little coldly and then looked at me waiting. I knew she wants me to leave the room.
I left them alone and disappeared up the stairs into the bathroom. after that i was in my workspace. The door was open and I could hear them but not clearly. After a few minutes as I wanted to turn the receiver on to get their conversation, I heard Meena calling me: “Nadir please come downstairs to us,”. I was surprised and shocked, “What is her plan?” I wondered.
When I was there, I saw Saleh is surprised too. He was looking questioningly at Meena and waiting. “What is she up to?” I was wondering further.
Meena sat on a chair and spoke very calmly and slowly: “Now for your information Saleh, my husband knows every detail about me and Mansi. He knows how my so-called uncle, who had to protect me, misused my trust. Mansour actually blackmailed me. I was forced to cooperate, at least to a certain degree. Nadir knows everything and he understands me and he knows how much of the happenings are with my acceptance and how much not. He had forgiven me and we let nobody destroy our life with such evidence and instruments”.
Whereupon she turned to me and asked:"Is that correct, Nadir?"
I have rarely seen Meena so resolutely dominant and decisive. It was too much for her and she was clearly willing to take the risk.
I looked at Saleh and said in the affirmative, "Yes, I know everything. We talked about it openly and I understand Meena very well and I have excused her".
Saleh was pale on his face and seemed if he had lost his language.
“Thank you Nadir. Go up if you want to". Meena said.
I let them alone again and went upstairs to my room. Now I could hear Meena very clearly.
“About my other family members I don’t know what would be your advantage if you reveal the story, even if they believe you, you are going to lose the profit you can have if you shut up!”. Her tone was furious and at the same time she had the situation under control.
That one was pretty obvious, I guess even he figured it out. I thought Saleh no later than now understood and recognised that Meena will not give in and get down.
"You can decide to accept my generous offer," then a little louder she went on: "or you can go to hell and do whatever you like and prefer to do".

Saleh thought for a while, then said: “I don't want to hurt you or your family Meena. But I hate what your daddy did to us". He continued: “You're right, and I accept your points. I'll definitely get back to your suggestion about money, because I need it for a new life. There is my classmate, Major, who you met before. We have planned to start a real estate business. I stay at his place when I get into town. I need a place to stay, I don't want to bother him and his sick wife. Their house is not big enough and they have not lots of space.“ He took a short pause and then continued: “Is there a possiblity for me to stay in your guest rooms where Mansour used at the time?“. Meena lowered her eyes and replied „My answer is up to Nadir. He decides and if he has no problem with it, then you can".

Meena promised she'd call him the next day about our decision on the guest house. After that conversation, Saleh went away.
At the dinner, she told me that although he is a jerk but she somehow feels responsible for his situation and she wants to help him as much as she can. He's a pitiful human being and she feels sorry for him. If he gets no help, he is going to ruin and she can't let that happen.
“Meena has compassion for Him, what else? This is my girl, she cares about everyone“ I thought. “Her consciousness makes it impossible to behave differently“.
I told her I have no objection if he moves in guest house, only he should behave and do not fool around.
She smiled and said: “ Thank you darling“.
