Chapter 9 – Resolution intensified
(POV : Aishu)
My brain was not able to forget the smirk the bitch gave and my heart wasn’t able to accept it too. Here I am a calm and introvert girl, who always wears conservative dresses with a very light tinge of moderns, have come in a dress which I considered as revealing. But, this lady comes casually in a dress which I have never dreamt of wearing to work or hell, even in any place that’s nearby my usual residence or work.
Then, I know the moment I dreaded most is fast approaching, Lunch time. I wished I was not present here. I am not ready for anymore insults or fun made by Meghna and stupid people who thinks she is hot. I slowly resolved myself I should not be let down by what she comments but I must be strong and show her even I am capable of wearing something more revealing.
Deciding all this, I went to the cafeteria handwash (not restroom) and just before I could enter, I was able to hear Pradeep’s voice.
“Man. Did you see Meghna today? How hot she was. I wish she isn’t married. What a pair of melons they were.”

Just to show them all that I am not a small town girl and I can be a city girl or anyone I wanted to be. And to teach Pradeep and Sandy a lesson that “Appearances are always deceptive”.
