Lets peep inside Paroma's mind.  There could be various reasons for Paroma to fall for Rahul.
 
1. She is sex starved and fall for Rahul only for sex.

         Does not look acceptable. If sex would have been only criteria, she would have tried to keep it secret. The way she participated in game only implies to some conspiracy. If she really fell for Rahul charisma and participated in game, she can be categorized into beauty without brain.
 
2. She is having a secret and blackmailed.

          Possible and need circumstantial evidences to be proved. However, at all, if she was blackmailed, she was expected to inform Ranjeet or at least hinted him. 
 
3. She is conspiring against Ranjeet due to some unknown reasons.
4. She is conspiring against Rahul due to some unknown reasons.

            Storyline strongly suggests that, both the above are possible.  If she has minimum gray matter, she knows that
                  a)  She is destroying Ranjeet's social status and carrier
                  b)  She is destroying her own social status 
                  c)  She is destroying marital relationship
                  d)  She is destroying future of her children
                  e)  She opened up opportunity for being blackmailed by many
                  f)  Ranjeet could divorce her.
                  g)  Ranjeet could commit suicide.

            Knowingly, Paroma has taken great risk. Possible, to achieve higher goal.
 
5. She was in desperate love with Rahul and for whom she is ready to sacrifice anything. 

             Not likely to be true, because her conversation with Rahul, post coital, is not affirmative to this suggestion. Also she could have decided for divorce. There was no reason for participation in open sex game.
 
6. She was already a slut of Rahul and lost her mental composure in determining good or bad. 

             Not likely to be true, because her conversation with Ranjeet, post coital, is not affirmative to this suggestion. Also she could have continued her slutty behavior secretly. There was no reason for participation in open sex game.

7. She wants to achieve name, fame, wealth and luxury in life at minimum efforts.

              Ranjeet need to confirm us with her past behaviors.

            While she has control over her action and behavior, she has no control over others. While she has created opportunity for being blackmailed by all the members present in the party, she must have known pretty well that Ranjeet could very possibly desert her. Knowingly, she decided upon taking risks. She is already in such a mental state to achieve her goal that she is not at all concerned about her lactating child. 


I will never prefer Paroma or Rahul POV as the suspense will be destroyed.
