The sound of continuous ringing of the door bell woke Ruby up. Her eye lids felt very heavy and she had to put in considerable effort to lift them. The room was all dark. Ruby had to spend a good 10 seconds trying to remember where she was. Nothing came to her at first but slowly she realized she was in her bedroom.
She heard the door bell again. She tried to get out of the bed, but could not. She felt very weak, her throat was very dry and her head was spinning. She managed to get out of the bed and walked slowly towards the switch board and turned on the lights. Her eyes hurt as the bright light fell on her eyes. She had to cover her eyes for a bit. Slowly they got used to the light and she looked for her mobile. It was on the dressing table. Ruby picked it up and it was 5:30 AM.
She figured, it probably is the milk man ringing the bell. She started to walk towards the door to get a bowl from the kitchen for the milk, when she saw her reflection in the dressing table mirror. It took her a few seconds to comprehend what she was seeing in the mirror. The lady in the mirror was not wearing what Ruby normally wears, like a saree or a practical night gown that covers almost every part of her body and would be made of a very thick material, would normally be of dark colors so that nothing it is trying to cover will be visible and last but not least, would be very loose so that it doesn't stick to the body to give away the contour of Ruby's body which might help the beholder in picturing her sexy curves.
The lady in the mirror was wearing something all men who saw Ruby, would have probably imagined her wearing in their wettest dreams.
