Secondly, What is the reason  you think promiscuity is not hardcore? for example, in Paap Kaam Bhalobasa, the hero has sex with almost all women in the story. His girlfriend also had the same.

Or do I take it that the leadership/moderator is bowing to the pressure of the minority opinion?
