With his lecturers, Appartment members, visiters from his own village on whom he has crush, his relatives and so on.

This is a theme for a few years story. Not for a short one. Like you have said "the sexual adventures of a teenager". I cannot do that.

My interest is on writing on a short story, so I expect a small setup, not an elaborate theme which runs for years and hundreds of pages.
