I don't understand how simply and without any panchayat agreement dadima, Sultana accept to let Purva roaming nacked in streets. Moreover it is sarpanch duty to make sure that the slum know about the panchayat decisions and it is appropriate to make her husband Tarun know the panchayat decesions by sending a written notice to him.
