Story is going in a great way, bro.. Really appreciate your effort and time put on this.. 
Just wanna tell that, try to shorten the sex scene lengths between Madhu and Tushar now as the reader's focus should be on Madhu with other male characters now.. And also, like I asked before, please don't make her husband fully aware of what all she does behind his back.. It only boosts the hotness when the husband is not a willing partner in his wife's cheating.. Because if he knew whats happening and still allows her, then it isn't much different from all those stupid cuckold stories out there.. So please keep these in mind..
