With the chapter of today, Krish has gone on the finishing straight...
After Desai has left the city and with it the lives of our main protagonists (Meera and Krish);
and after Ashish sincerely and honestly apologized to Krish and asked for his forgiveness, and also
expressed his wish to maintain a serious friendship with both of them;
... remains the only logical way to finish the story.
The last two chapters indicated, and I think with the next one or two postings we will eventually read
in a "time jump", that the family is blessed with children and continue to live happy and secure together...
That is my feeling, because anything else would be a repeat of previous events.
I think that is also not in the sense of the author.
