Damn. Going good. You have artfully laid the foundation of the story and now it has all the potential to beat any other famous erotic novel by any renowned writer on internet.
Suggestions :
1- keep the phase slow  (which you are already artfully doing). Don't rush to finish the novel and make it a long one even if it takes one year to finish.
2- When the sex part will come, do give details of the sex but the details should neither be too long nor too short. Rather focus more on erotic situations, conversations, and humiliation of the son in front of everyone.
3- Make all three women of the house mother, bua and wife pregnent by arvind and that should happen with a valid reason or pretext which women of the house should logically agree to.
4- Make alok a complete bitch of arvind and replace alok with arvind as the boss and head of the house and office. Alok should lose all the mating rights to arvind as well and alok should be allowed to have sex only when arvind allows it after consulting with the women of the house.
5-keep the women and atmosphere of the house religious and conservative and arvind should tactfully trick the women into believing his pretexts or excuses to humiliate the son.
