Madhu listened to it without reacting and just cried and continued crying on Martin's shoulders
D'Souza : I'm sorry about what's happened to you. I feel disgusted for your husband's actions. I no longer want to trouble you Mrs. Ram. My job offer is still open to you and also Martin has agreed to clear out all your debts. Martin does really seem to care for you. My work is done. I'll be leaving the two of you.
Saying this Manuel left the room.
Madhu heard this and looked at Martin. Madhu then leaned back on to him and cried out and shouted
Madhu : End my suffering please. I don't want anything else anymore!!!
Martin had a devilish smile and pretended to act innocent
Martin : Wh... what what do you mean Madhu..
Madhu : I don't know Martin. Only you have been you have been kind to me and love me for what I am. I don't want this life anymore. I don't want this anymore.
Martin : Oh my dear Madhu this is the happiest moment of my life. I've only been longing for this answer. But I don't want to take advantage of you. I'm not such a cheap character Madhu.
Martin : Listen my love... It's getting late.. I want you go back home and think about it. Think about all that has happened and then with a sound mind I want to you tell me what you've decided. I'll be waiting for you.
Madhu looked at him sobbing blankly.
Martin took Madhu down, wiped her tears off and gave her some juice to drink. Then he made her calm down and took her down to the car and instructed the driver to drop her home safely.
Martin : Think clearly my love. I don't want you do anything in haste or have regrets or force you because I helped you. I want you completely. So you need to decide. I'll be waiting for you my love.
Saying this he kissed her forehead and told the driver to leave.
As the car left, Manuel came upto to Martin.
Manuel : What happened why is she leaving?
Martin : I've given her some time to think
Manuel : What!? You fool what if she decides to refuse you.
Martin : Oh come on brother, do you think I'll let that happen. I doubled her dosage in the juice now. She will not be able to think straight for another 36 hrs atleast. She will only make rash emotional decisions and I'm sure that she will make the right decision
Manuel : You dog, you're already getting her addicted to the drug, prolonged usage will keep her coming back for more.
Martin : That's the plan isn't it.
Manuel : Oh you are evil.
Martin : I know and it's feels so good. And soon Madhu will realise it too....Madhu still reeling from what had happened stepped out of the car and walked towards the door which was only few feet away but to Madhu it seemed like the door was yards away.Her insides wrenched and her gut felt twisted as she open the door. Chandra who was ready to leave for the day stood near the door as she opened the door. Madhu just looked at her with a blank expression. Chandra who was oblivious to everything informed Madhu and left for the day. Chandra was in a hurry so even she didn't notice Madhu's predicament was not normal. As Chandra left Madhu locked the door and went in and sat on the sofa. For a moment Madhu just sat there blank and starred into nothingness, post which she let out a violent scream.
Madhu : Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa....!!!!
Now slapping on her head and shouting out
Madhu : Noooooooo.....!!!
As she threw away the sofa pillows out angry
She quickly got up in a fit of rage and walked to their bedroom where Ram was resting.
She banged open the door to which Ram woke up and got worried. Ram looked at her in panic and worry sensing something was wrong with him wife.
Ram : Maaaaaauuuu.....aaa...daaaaaa.....
He tried calling her name out, but it was in vain. Madhu out of rage threw a pillow at him and screamed.
Madhu : You bastard!!!
