At first view, it appears to be a movie scene spit on your grave. Meera is crawling her way out of the forest in quest of assistance and a way out. She arrived at the highway and prayed that someone would stop to help her. Mithila, who is driving back to her house, observes her and pulls over to look at her. Mithila, who happens to be a doctor, drove Meera to her place of work.
A humanitarian approach, as she realises Meera is high on drugs. She has been subjected to trauma; she has been physically and mentally abused, and she may have been forcibly bangd and drugged. Her body was tattooed with slutry phrases. She can't even remember what her own name is. Mithila, a doctor and a lady, was heartbroken to see such cruelty. She spent the night with her.
Meera's morning dreams, I assume, are her pa They taught her her name, as well as some things about her background...
Though I felt sorry for Meera's situation, I was delighted Mithila found her and assisted her in receiving treatment. And her bad dreams, which are troubling meera, I'm sure Mithila, as a doctor, would be of great assistance in regaining her memories.
